  38.         understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my users are
  39.         made aware that this is NOT an adult Exchange and as such will be 
  40.         frequented by users of ALL ages and that they MUST conduct themselves
  41.         accordingly. I further agree that I will review ALL pictures users 
  42.         upload to my BBS and ensure that they are NOT copyrighted, do not 
  43.         portray anything other than a picture of that user and are in GOOD 
  44.         TASTE. I will do this prior to attaching them to a user's profile and 
  45.         exchanging them with others participating in this exchange.

  59.                              APPLICATION PROCEDURES

  62.         This form MUST be sent to Al Lawrence via Netmail (1:133/410) or direct
  63.         PRIVATE upload to the Sunrise-80 BBS (404-705-9104/256-9525) or you may 
  64.         FAX it (see telephone number at end of page). You must use a filename 
  65.         in the following format: FIRST 4 characters of your LAST NAME + today's 
  66.         MONTH + today's DAY and an extension of APP. If this were my application 
  67.         the filename would be: LAWR0924.APP
  68.  
  69.         We will process your application within 24 hours of receipt and will
  70.         assign you an Exchange ID. This ID number will have to be placed on
  71.         line 25, in the MMAKER.CFG file and will be used as the file name of 
  72.         the ZIPed Exchange file you will be sending to us with your caller's
  73.         profiles, messages and picture files.

  75.         In addition to Netmailing or uploading this application you MUST MAIL
  76.         it to me at the address below. Please ensure that you have signed and
  77.         dated the application. If we do not receive this information in the 
  78.         mail within 7 days we will have to remove your BBS form the Exchange, 
  79.         so PLEASE drop it in the MAIL as soon as you send it electronically.

  81.         You MUST POLL or call Sunrise-80 BBS (depending on how you sent this
  82.         application) to pick up your ID number.
